my lecturer give this assignment for 2 weeks. and i don't have any idea about the logic. can anybody help me, please? :(

Based on a Flash version I just played to see what the "cannibals vs monks game" even is, I think I see how I'd go about it--but then, I'm not really a programmer, so my way may be clunky and inefficient.
