It's happening very rapidly, and the louder the noise (or the quantity of recognizers increased with one particular fluctuation) the more likely the person will act on that activity. This would be how you can use data to make an argument which is most likely reflecting the subjective conscious activity of the person of interest, but using this method, you can also determine the entirety of context used to subjectively act upon.
