Fat content of a solution

Hi, i'm new to this site, and i'm sorry if i'm not posting this in the correct forum.

I want to measure fat content of a milk solution. And I want to measure it with any equipment and get a digital input to a computer.

Are there any sensors for that? If not how can i make one?
