Does anyone have experience with a GC/MS system?

 

I am looking to measure soil respiration activity within enclosed chambers and measure oxygen consumption within the headspace.

 

Has anyone used this system to measure CO2 and O2 using the selective ion technique? (M/Z 32 and 44 i think)

 

any help would be greatly appreciated! :eek:
