Should i persue a degree in NanoTechnology?

For a couple of years I have had my mind set on what exactly my plan is for college, I am a senior in high school. I want to go to college for Nano Systems Engineering. Should I do just that, or enter a interdisciplinary field and get a Minore or later masters in NanoTech based field?
