can smoking cause stomach cramps (split from hot food)

I strongly suspect that, in general, once food has been chewed it's cool enough to eat without any problems.

I also suspect that "an upset stomach" is the most common psychosomatic problem recorded/ repotrted.

I have a question, can smoking cause " stomach cramps" I think I have read this before on a health page somewhere, but I am a smoker and no doubt I have found that the older I have become it seems that these stomach cramps get worse..

I even at times have shallow breathing especially when it is cloudy.

I have been checked up no signs of cancer in my lungs and my lungs are 100% in good condition.

So I am confused on some things about cigarettes..

I have tried stopping at times successfully and I know the health issues cigarettes causes, but not to sure about prolonged stomach cramps. Endoscopy shows no inflammation either..
