I have been able to calculate orientations using Pololu MiniIMU-9DOF v2 (interfaced with Arduino UNO R3); essentially an AHRS using code found at Github! Now out of curiosity i want to replicate this 3D track as witnessed in this video as below:-

How do I proceed?? what I know is that he used MATLAB for plotting data.......... Plz help!
