hi all,

 

have anyone ever tried to determine Tryptophan in high yields from protein hydrolysis ?

I've read many experiments sheets indicating destroying of Trp by acid hydrolysis. and many alkaline hydrolysis will lead to a best 80% Trp protection.

I really don't wanna waste assets on failure.

any help on what can i do will be greatly appreciated.
