Quality checks for microbiology media

Hi All,

 

I am new to this forum! I have been having trouble at work, as regards the QC for microbiology media. We prepare our media in-house, and am in the process of validating a method in order to be able to compare it with CRMs.

 

Does anybody know of a good methodology or maybe even a standard to be able to use please?
