ARM based processor data path

Hello,
I have to design a datapath for an ARM base processor. Like ARM it works conditionally that is if the condition is satisfied the instruction will take place. Otherwise nothing will happen. I have a problem with implementing this nothing into the datapath and control units. Can anyone help me?
