we should use eigen values and eigen vectors

when we have numbers it's so easy we find them and then the diagnolized matrix is equal to = eigenvectors matrix*inverse of eigenvecros matrix*matix A
but when we have parameters i think its diff

Do it exactly the same way you'd do it with numbers, except with variables instead. Your answer will be matrices in terms of L and M.
