NEED HELP ::: ENZYMATIC BLEACHING OF WOOD PULP USING AN ULTRASONICATOR !!!

I am doing this research on bleaching of wood pulp using enzymes. This is a kind of a relatively more eco-friendly way of treating wood pulp to increase its brightness by using lesser chlorine chemicals.
But i am doing this in a ultrasonicator since using a reactor may result in destruction of cell walls of enzyme.
I dont know if anyone has tried doing so and i need so much help in carrying out the research. anyone please ?
