Now, I went through a research paper from RSC where they have Reduced CO2 and Water to CO and H2 gas via Solar energy. Is this really feasible in the long run? Because, the Products or Syn Gas is used to make Gasoline via the Fisher Tropsch process. So that would mean unlimited fuel right without global warming, right?

Also, to add, it used a Ruthenium Complex. That could be a downer. Isn't Ruthenium way expensive?
