I videotaped someone playing the piano and I want to see what notes they played. However, the clip is a bit blurry. How can I make it clearer?

download virtualdub and pass the video through some filters.

u also might wanna ask that in some Encoding related forum, or just find a Anime forum, and ask their encoders. since they are pretty experienced at filtering bad sources
