Hi Guys

 

I'm new here. I was wondering if anyone can help me out by sending me their recipe for a home made FACS Lysis solution.

I would like to lyse the Red Blood cells form a peripheral blood sample, while keeping the white blood cells in tact for later analysis by FACS.

I know about the NH4Cl, KHCO3, EDTA solution but I am trying to find the BD FACS lysis buffer components.

All help is much appreciated!
