This is the question,

5 replicate estimations were made on a sample and the average absorbance was 0.148

A 0.45ml aliquot of the same sample was then 'Spiked' with 50ul of a 500umol/L creatine solution and re-assayed. The average absorbance of the mixture was 0.138

State with reasons what effect, if any, the creatine had on the assay. You should show data manipulations to support your arguments/conclusions.

 

I have no idea how to do this :( Does anyone know how to go about solving this one out?
