Does anyone work with or understand PAM fluorometry for the purposes of assessing ETR rate in microalgae? We have a Phyto-PAM, but not sure how to operate - everything is set up, but how to use the software to get the correct results is a bit shaky.

 

I think if I understood what results I am supposed to be getting, then I will be able to play around with the settings - but I am completely new to this. And no one else at work seems to be able to help me either...

 

I've attached the manual of the PAM we use.
