I am really stuck on how to make a restriction map for the electrophoresis image (attached) Lane 1: Bioline Hyperladder I Lane 2: Uncut pUC18 (partial digest) Lane 3: HindIII Lane 4: EcoRI Lane 5 HindII and EcoRI double digest I have found the fragment sizes for each lane but they don't add up to the same amount - there is 1 to 2kB to much or little. I need to find the size of a foreign insert and no idea how to go about doing this Apologies if this is unclear but any help or ideas would be appreciated Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
