HELP!! I am really stuck on how to make a restriction map for the electrophoresis image (attached)

 

Lane 1: Bioline Hyperladder I

Lane 2: Uncut pUC18 (partial digest)

Lane 3: HindIII

Lane 4: EcoRI

Lane 5 HindII and EcoRI double digest

 

I have found the fragment sizes for each lane but they don't add up to the same amount - there is 1 to 2kB to much or little.

 

I need to find the size of a foreign insert and no idea how to go about doing this

 

Apologies if this is unclear but any help or ideas would be appreciated
