Please, I need help interpreting what is being represented in an osmotic fragility curve of erythrocytes. I attached the pdf with the article. My questions are regarding the curve represented in Figure 1. I do not know what (C1-10, C1-50 ,C1-100 and C2-10, C2-50 and C2-100 represent). Also I don´t understand why (curcumin membrane-stabilized erythrocytes) need to be used as positive control. I would really appreciate your help. Looking forward to hear from you.
