what would be the most suitable antibody to detect a tumor antigen (a murine monoclonal antibody, chimeric or humanized.

knowing that the three antibodies are specific for the same tumor antigen and that it s for a screening test, I think the three can be used but the most suitable would be the one that is least costly to produce, so the murine antibody. any idea ?
