Hello All,

 

I am trying to determine the solubility of a 1600mcg/mL Ampicillin stock solution prepared using phosphate buffer 1 (pH 6.0) at a volume of 200mL. What is the best means to determine if the amount of drug used for the solution, approximately 0.37g is appropriate for the stock solution or if the solution is supersaturated? Any assistance is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
