a.Start codon (red)and Kozak sequence (blue).

 

b.Stop codon(red)

 

c.exon boundaries(yellow).

 

d.reading frame (+1, +2 or +3).

 

e.polyadenylation signal (not polyA tail)(green).

 

 

We we're told to use the NCBI blasting website to help.
