Hello,

I need to measure (max) contact force in liquid environment in a shrinking body.

I have to choose a method with an object to measure it, and it ought be inch max size.

 

My ideas are:

- Object that would destruct under definite force

- Object with wireless sensor

- Object that would change temperature or light intensity under pressure

 

Any suggestions would do

Elastic body is shrinking and streching. Inside this body there is a liquid and I need to measure contact forces of body (elastic body) shells and some kind of a mesuring tool.

Like say a variable conductive elastic material whose ohmic resistance changes with the amount it has been stretched? Where said material could be fashioned into a balloon like structure and filled to different levels with a liquid. After which a measurement of said materials ohmic resistance could be mathematically analyzed to equate to a certain contact force?
