I was wondering if noetic field theory contains or is integrated with chaos theory... and if not would it be possible to fit it with chaos theory.

As describe by Wikipedia here?

 

A system need not be chaotic and can have many stable points. These are points to which the system will tend to from some initial point, may be the infinite time limit. You might want to some how interpret this as "purposefulness". The system is driven towards well defined states.

 

To me this does not really seem very scientific, but that is based on me reading the Wikipedia, which may not be doing the idea justice.
