hello

i want to make a hollow cylinder by using equations. this cylinder is closed both side but have 3 mm hole on one side also have a disk at the distance of 3 mm from that 3 mm hole.please help me

Will you be using 3D modeling software for this or is it a physical entity that you'll be using tools to cut? If so What tools are you planning on using?
