5614 Posted October 5, 2004 Share Posted October 5, 2004 ok, no specific advice, just general stuff: go to a library of book shop and look around, theres always new and different stuff, im sure you'll find something good. also use http://www.google.com its really good: http://kosmoi.com/Science/Physics/Nuclear/ is good, look at the ad on the side, loadsa books on offer http://pubs.acs.org/journals/bichaw/ for biochem http://webpages.charter.net/kwilliams00/bcftp/front.htm for making chemicals at home http://www.newscientist.com/news/ good for latest inventions and discoveries http://www.infoplease.com/encyclopedia/1compd.html good for looking up details on compounds [use find and if that doesnt work use the search engine at the top] http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Main_Page a free online encyclopedia http://dp.information.com/?a_id=35&domainname=particleadventure.com good for physics/chemistry those are sites i know, use google, the internet is a great source to all those who know how to use it!
