Question on Recombinant Ad plasmids

Dear all,

I`m working on gene overexpression using adenovirus. It`s the first time for me and I have question on how can we differentiate recombinant ad plasmid with pshuttle vector ( before recombination with competent cells) through gel electrophoresis?
