how can i prepare a fruit juice for carbohydrates analysis

i am going to detrmain the total carbohydrates in fruit juice using phenol- sulforic method ?

 

any one think that i need to prepare the samples ( extrat or leading )?

 

the sugers allready soluble in the juice so i dont need to do the extract step ??

 

any help
