jes Posted January 10, 2011 Share Posted January 10, 2011 Hi Guys I have a protein purification question. I've been trying to purify C4 from plasma. I diaylsed it in acetate buffer and put it down a cation column. Its not purified as well as i expected. any ideas what i can do with the sample next?
