Cracking bones

Featured Replies

Is it unhealthy to crack your bones constantly (e.g. your fingers and toes)?

As far as I've heard, the only bones you do not want to crack under any conditions are the ones in your neck and spine.

When you crack these, since the bones are already so closely placed together, you will loosen them for a second but they will tighten up even more after.
