please i would like if anyone can send me protocols on how to carry out MPO, SOD, GSH MDA assay with the use of a spectrophotometer and a microplate reader. also protocols on how to assay for catalase. i dont have the assay kits, i would love to get a detailed protocols on how to get or prepare the necessary buffers for the aforementioned assays. thanks
