i need assistance on what models or protocols to use for enzyme assay such as catalase (using a microplate reader), glutathione, superoxide dismutase, myeloperoxidase and lipid peroxidase. i want t know how to do these assays without the use of enzyme kits but use of buffers and how i would prepare those buffers and also how to prepare my samples for these assays.
