I can hotlink to an image, and I can upload the image and have it show as an attachment, but if I take the URL of the attachment and try to use that in an embedded image it says "you cannot use that extension" because it has detected the .php filename. Is it possible to make an exception for this so you can embed images that are linked via an attached image?
