im working on chemistry lab homeworka nd cant figure out this calculation. i need to find the partial pressure of butane gas collected. Ptotal=Patm=Pgas+Pwater. My butane gas volume is 95 ml. water temp is 20oC, water vapor pressure of 2.3388 kPa. room temp of 24oC and atmosphere pressure is 29.92 in/Hg which i know is equal to 1atm

I don't see the issue. You have a formula and more than enough information to use the formula. Where are you confused?
