Using NMR to determine Chemical Structure

Hello,

 

 

 

Can any one please help propose a chemical structure for a compound with the nmr data in the link below (CNMR, DEPT 90, DEPT 135, HNMR, HSQC). Acetone was the solvent used for the nmr analysis.
