Hi,

 

I was wondering if anyone could tell me how to get / insert a freeze / still frame into a flash clip (which has time adjustability), as i am currently working on a clip which i need to stop at certain points for the viewer to read some text...

 

Im using adobe flash CS4 professional, version 10.0.

 

also, im using it on a macbook if that helps at all.

 

and im using the classic interface.
