stems cells and/or cells in mitosis in cheek cells

Featured Replies

I'm not sure this is the correct forum, but I like to observe cells with my microscope. I generally use from 200-600 X for my observations, taking pictures which I later enhance with Photoshop. I have never observed stem cells or cells in mitosis(except prepared slides) and was wondering if I could find epithelial cells in these conditions. What power would you use for examining stem cells?

Thanks,

Paul
