Currently my friend and I are researching them, and we have experimented lightly with very basic fuel cells. Yet in our research we have come across PEM fuel cells, and we have not found a decent guide to constructing one. Does anyone here have experience in this field, and can assist us. If wikipedia isn't good enough, then your best chance is on scientific search engines such as "Science direct" or similar websites. Try searching through google scholar.
