What happens to NAD.2H produced during glycolysis in an animal cell respiring anaerobically

Thanks for the evolve jpg, i enjoyed that. Could not find the info i needed with the other link. So still confused with this one.

the NADH that is produced from glycolysis is taken to the mitochondrion where it undergoes oxidative phosphorylation which yields a maximum of 4 molecules of adenosine triphosphate
