I was thinking that It would be very beneficial to use air and its properties to build lens or mirror, ofcourse air has a slight refraction rate and if someone can build a tool that strengthen this property and directs the light to a desired position then it is possible to use the solar energy effectively and in a vast area to produce power or reflect the sunlight for cooling an area in the summer.
