For question # 2 I have a hard time figuring out what they mean by the amino acid change of the enzyme. Appreciate the help. (fyi I located all the base pair for the amino acid)

 

There was a mistake in justin base pair it should be 320 not 319

So the no.320 nucleotide got a point mutation, if you do the calculation of 320/3 you get the remainder 2, it counts from 319 to 321 as one codon, so you need to check what the amino acid should be and what it has become now.
