I don't need a definition, I got to grips with the concept perfectly adequately while I was studying it at university.

 

You missed the point completely. Observe:

 

MrL: "The process of evolution is a fact. Whether it occured to end up with us is another matter."

 

Me: "Prove it"

 

Rad: "Dogs have evolved to make eye contact."

 

you: "I think the dog thing is an artificial selection kerjigger."

 

 

Do you see the lack of coherent argumentative process?

Do you understand why RE's post is open to interpretation?

Do you realise that my use of the word vague related to your style and not to the definition itself as you gave it?

 

Priority should always be given first to understanding the supplied material, then to trying to be clever. HENCE "Do you remember when you first went to BIG SCHOOL, and the teachers would write "2/10, show working out!" on your homework...?"
