LSUtiga21 Posted October 20, 2009 Share Posted October 20, 2009 I just have a simple question that I would appreciate any help with: Concerning transcription with eukaryotic RNA polymerase, what type of assay may be used to determine if promoter opening has occurred (i.e., distinguish between a closed and open promoter complex)?
