I would like to anounce the release of the tccrouter project on sourceforge: http://sourceforge.net/projects/tccrouter/

This is a modeling tool for solving graph related routing problems, it should be very usefull for universities and students of computer science. It has a nice collection of complex algorithms implemented, and the user can extend the tool to implement his own solutions.
