Does anyone know any good books or websites that explain gravity and electromagnitivity well?

I know of a book called:

Newton, Einstein, and Gravitation and it's pretty good for that.

I found a book called "standing on the shoulders of giants" by Prof. Hawking, has anyone heard of it? It looks interesting, there's the works of Newton, Einstein, Galileo, and -I believe it is- Ptolemy(?).

The Elegant Universe has a good 'grounding' section in it before it gets onto string 'theory'.

"Mathematical physics" by "Donald H. Menzel" is a good book on electromagnetism and gravity. It has sections for both classical electromagnetism and GR.
