However, for science fair i need variables and graph.

 

I want to compare if types of flu mutate at the same regions and make a pie chart of that.

 

Here are the variables I have so far:

Independent: type of flu

Dependent: region of mutating protein

Constant: type of BLAST program

 

Is this correct?
