I have a few Ideas that should be discussed concerning scientific advances in waste treatment. Specifically, HLW and chemical waste. Also, economic assistance, and the entertainment value of science fiction and horror. I'm adding Youtube links to both educate and to entertain. ENJOY. Then begin your discussion. I may not be back right away, so discuss it among yourselves if I don't answer. Good Day all.

After a long, complexed and very entertaining story, the novel Ghost of the Fallen has a disclosure of the Laser incinerator reactor research that needs to be continued by the private sector. Many understand the concept of a Boron Carbide neutrino interactive photovoltaic device that could harness MeV (electron volts) from radionuclide decay. An electrolytic laser grid capable of the producing the desired particle separation reaction has yet to be developed by the DOE. With input from fresh young minds it can very well come to fruition. Thank you in advance for what's sure to be an imaginative yet progressive discussion.
