Hi, Im trying to find out if you can retrieve paraformaldehyde from formaldehyde solution by evaporating off the water? or will the HCHO just evaporate away with it?

Thanks, theres a couple contradictory terms there,

 

"(para) Slowly sublimes to formaldehyde"

 

"Paraformaldehyde is a white crystalline solid by polymerization of methanal gas (formaldehyde, HCHO) by heating"

 

So would it sublime away on boiling or polymerize to the para?
