brush that that shocks using static electricity

hi there... my sister was given an assignment that has caused all sorts of problems in my household. her assignment was to have a brush that if not used by the owner the brush gives off little electric shocks. i was thinking static electricity, but how do i charge it and have no clue where to start.

It wouldn't be possible to do without some kind of fingerprint scanner, however one that just shocks everyone using static or a small battery must of been made as it would be hilarious.

fingerprint identification is one way. But it seems to be not practical to cause so much just for one brush.

its simple to have the idea but resources to build such a thing is quite hard to come by... thanx for the input guys i think il just make the teacher disappear misteriously
